I just finished reading a reply to a reply. Unfortunately the reply was to something unrelated to my reply.

One of my pet peeves is no subject line on an e-mail. Second, would be no change on the subject line, especially when the topic has changed.

E-mail is so quick and convenient; and often abused. People judge our expertise by the way we write and by how considerate we are of their time.

My point is, make the effort to change your subject line on your e-mails. If it's something you would like, or would like to see done, make sure you're doing it.
